Geoffrey Nyamota
Board Chair
Geoffrey serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Equatorial Hortifresh Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, A Master of Business Administration and currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. He is a seasoned Agriculturalist and Market Systems Expert having have worked for many international development organizations in Kenya and across the African continent. His joy is seeing smallholder farmers improve their income and livelihoods through growing products the market requires and in right quantities.
Moses Keitany
Chief Executive Officer
Moses serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Equatorial Hortifresh Limited and Equatorial Planet Exporters Limited. He guides the dad to day activities of the company while providing strategies for improvement. He holds a wealth of experience in management and marketing as well as a solid understanding of the Western and North Rift region. His passion involves working with smallholder farmers and seeing their lives transformed through growing high value crops in a sustainable manner that meets market demands.
Selly Kipyego
Adminstration and Finance Lead
Selly serves as the Administration and Finance Manager for Equatorial Hortifresh and its subsidiaries. She has a wealth of experience in Administration and Finance. Her day to day activities involves advising the company on financial issues. She has worked in the horticulture industry for many years and has a solid understanding and networks in local, regional and international markets.
Donald Kirwa
Senior Agronomist
Donald serves as the Senior Agronomist at EHL/EPE. He holds a BSC in Agricultural Economics and currently pursuing a Masters in Agricultural Economics. He manages our potato value chain program activities. Providing strategic and agronomic advice to the field staff on Good Agronomic Practices for improved productivity. His passion is seeing farmers produce high quality produce and fetch better market prices.
Justus Cheruiyot Kibet
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Justus serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at EHL. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA). He is in-charge of keeping of accurate records of farmers, tracking and monitoring production and sales of the company and provide strategic advice for improvement while managing correspondence with partners in the different projects implemented by EHL.
Nobert Kibet
Accountant
Nobert serves as the accountant at EHL. He holds a Bachelor of Business Information technology and is a Certified Public Accountant-(CPA-K). He support our activities by ensuring timely payment of our suppliers and farmers. He also ensures finances are relayed on time for smooth running of the company. He is in-charge of all the financial aspects of the company and keeps an accurate record of them.
